What we collect
When you submit a contact, quote or project inquiry form we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, company, project information, your message and any documents you attach. When you apply for a job we collect the details in the application form and your resume. We also record the page you submitted from, the time of submission and the time you gave consent.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services you request and, for job applicants, to assess your application and contact you about it. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated site usage. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in Google Firebase, with a working copy in a private Google Sheets spreadsheet. Resumes and attachments are stored privately in Google Drive (or private Firebase Storage) and are never shared publicly. Access is restricted to authorised CodePOV Technology staff, by role. Data in transit is encrypted with HTTPS.
Retention
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, and job applications for as long as needed for recruitment, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data, including your resume, at any time.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and withdraw consent, by emailing us.
